FAQs
What sets you apart from other life coaches ?
I am not fond of making comparisons between people and their careers, however I feel that this path has chosen me, and not the other way around. My curiosity about human behavior, the way our brain works, our emotions and the important role they play, our purpose on this planet, the energy connections within us and all around us, made me want to study this subject in depth and put myself in the position to directly experience, as much as I can, all over the world, within different cultures, what it means to be human and all the challenges and miracles we encounter in our existence. There's no greater way to learn anything in this world but through your own immersed individual experience, so you can deeply understand and know.
We live in a different world today where studies that have been done decades ago , on which the degrees and licenses are based today, are just irrelevant and inaplicable. People have changed and evolved and so the approach to resolve the predicaments have to expand to a futuristic and creative idiosyncrasy. Therefore, I now have a unique view and approach on life and I want to share my gifts and ability to "conquer"life with everyone who's is ready to embrace that challenge and genuinely assist you to walk through that surprise door.

What are your attributions as a life transitions coach?

I provide support, encouragement and accountability as clients work towards personal and professional growth. I’ve never talked to anyone. I’m used to handling things on my own. Am I weak by seeking professional advice and doing therapy?
Not at all. On the contrary. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out. The have the intuition and understanding that guidance is necessary for growth and positive changes in their lives. Everyone needs help, including myself and all other coaches and therapists out there. In our work together, I’ll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing.
What’s the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family?
The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the professional study and complex life experience to do that same thing professionally. Because of my unique and rich life experience and practices, I can help you approach your situation in a new way– teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself. Furthermore, coaching and counseling is completely confidential. You won’t have to worry about others “knowing my business.” Lastly, if your situation provokes a great deal of negative emotion, and you’ve been confiding in a friend or family member, there is the risk that once you are feeling better you could start avoiding that person so you aren’t reminded of this difficult time in your life.
How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?
Each individual has different issues and goals when they come for coaching or counseling, so it will be different depending on all those circumstances. Therefore, I tailor my approach personalized to your specific needs.
How long will it take?
There is no accurate answer to this question, as it varies. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time coaching or counseling is particularly subjective and individual. The time it takes to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek coaching in the first place.
How often do we have sessions and how long do they last ?
Our sessions are classified in one or two per week, depending on your needs, and every session lasts 60 minutes.
However, I will be alongside your journey throughout the entire time, so if you feel like you really need me outside the coaching ours, you can always reach me on my email.
Do you offer in-person sessions or is coaching conducted online?
At this time, sessions are conducted only online on video calls.
